Protein takes time to digest and keeps your fuller for longer period of time which helps you a lot to cut down on cravings. Make vegetables and fruits your friend. Also, increase the intake of green tea and black coffee. Both keeps you fit and energized. Being a woman, you must take 1200 or more than 1200 calories daily. Eating under 1200 calories and following fad diets to lose weight can lead you towards health problems and even more weight gain.
Check Your Activity Level
It’s of great importance how much movement you have on daily basis. Your activity level defines your health in long term. You must have one physical activity included in your daily life routine. You can go to gym, walk and jog, ride a cycle or go for hiking. If your office timings are long and you find it hard to work out daily, join a sports club and play tennis, badminton or any other game you think you will enjoy on weekends. It is recommended that you take 10k steps daily to stay healthy. Those 10k steps include all the steps you take from the start of the day when you get off your bed and walk towards rest room to the time you turn off the lights and go to sleep. Get enough sleep!
If you keep using your phone at night and find it hard to sleep early, put your phone aside and try getting to bed five minutes earlier daily. Sleeping 8 hours daily keeps you energized for the rest of the day. Sleep at nighttime is way healthier than the sleep you take in naps during the day. Getting enough sleep is vital to process and to live a healthy life.

In case you feel lonely or you live by yourself, having a pet is something which will brighten your mood perfectly. You would feel happy to come back to home after work and you will be able to connect to your pet which is nice for your emotional well-being.
